Hardship Policy

GlamourPay was created to make budgeting easier, so we understand that managing your finances can sometimes be challenging due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Hardship Policy aims to help customers who are unable to meet their repayments in accordance with our terms of use and your GlamourPay payment schedule.

If you are experiencing a recent natural disaster, unemployment, illness, or other personal reasons that prevent you from meeting your agreed financial obligations, please get in touch to discuss support options.

This may include extending your repayment schedule, waiving late fees or creating a personalised repayment schedule that will alleviate your hardship while still being able to meet your obligations and keep your GlamourPay account in good standing.

GlamourPay treats all hardship applications as urgent matters and will assist as quickly as possible.

How to apply for Hardship?

Simply get in touch via email and you will be asked to fill in an application form to provide details of the hardship you are experiencing. If you are able to provide supporting documents to confirm the circumstances of your application, this will help us tailor a custom solution that works for your situation.

What other options do you have?

Get help through financial counselling: If you’re experiencing financial hardship you can receive free, independent advice from The National Debt Helpline website (ndh.org.au). You are also able to call the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007 to speak with a financial counsellor.
